A lease grants you LIMITED user-rights to a beat and allows you to use it on up to 2,500 copies. The purchase of Exclusive rights grants you UNLIMITED use on any medium! The most important point is that you only gain sole membership by purchasing Exclusive rights. Plus rights to get radio- and tv-airplay become possible with Exclusive rights, once a separate contract is written and agreed upon between you and Music Life Enterprises LLC!
Upon request, we can take the sold beat(s) off our sites. But, only if the customer has purchased exclusive rights. Leased beats, as well as ulimited licensed beats, stay on the page since these are non-exclusive licenses.
NO! Under no circumstances are you allowed to to resell the beat(s) or transfer your rights of ownership to a third person!
YES! As long as you stay within the leasing terms. Selling exclusive rights does not affect previous leases.

Please do not take it personally if I have not gotten back to you yet. I will definitely listen to all sent material but often I do not have the time to give feedback or get back at you quickly since I receive large amounts of songs and requests daily. If you want to send me your song, please don’t send attached mp3′s or other files since my inbox space is running low and these emails often get recognized as spam. It would be better to send me a download or streaming link!
